Colleen's place is set up the way you would set up your own: recliners by the wood fire, a games table the kids claim on arrival, and a kitchen stocked well past the basics.
Breakfast provisions are waiting when you arrive. Fresh bread, fruit loaf, juice and the little touches guests keep writing home about.

Five beaches inside five minutes, world class golf at Barnbougle, the Pipers Brook wine region twenty minutes out, and fish and chips at the top of town.

A large double and a single in the master, which has its own private ensuite, then a double and a single in the second room and a double in the third. A free cot is there for the littlest travellers.
The lounge runs on wood fire warmth and recliner comfort, with a TV for movie nights and air conditioning for the height of summer.

Dishwasher, microwave, full crockery and glassware, and bench space to actually cook. Breakfast provisions are stocked before you arrive: bread, fruit loaf, juice and more.
The coffee corner has a pod machine and a proper teapot, because holidays deserve slow mornings.
BBQ dinners at the outdoor table, evenings around the outdoor fire, a secure backyard with a playset, and space for the car, the boat and the bikes.

Pets are welcome on request at no charge, with a secure backyard. Just mention them when booking.
Children of any age welcome. Free cot on request; extra bed $20 per person per night.
No smoking, no parties. Quiet hours 11pm to 9am. Minimum check-in age 18.
